Visakhapatnam: Seven persons were injured after an under-construction ROB (Railway Over Bridge) collapsed near Vadlapudi in Visakhapatnam district on Sunday. The incident occurred on the busy stretch connecting Autonagar and Duvvada, where construction work on the bridge was underway. The sudden collapse led to panic in the area, with several people sustaining injuries. Locals and authorities rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to nearby hospitals, where they are currently undergoing treatment.
