Hyderabad: A 16-month-old succumbed to injuries after she fell from the first floor balcony of her house in Upperbasti, Sabzi Mandi, at about 8 am on Sunday. Kulsumpura police said the victim T. Komal was playing when she fell down. Her mother T. Shilpa had briefly stepped away when the incident occurred.Shilpa, her husband T Krishna, house owner M. Madhavi rushed Komal to a private hospital. The doctors after examining her provided first aid and suggested to shift to Niloufer Hospital. She died on the way.
