The state government has also enabled results access through the MeeSeva WhatsApp chatbot, where students can receive their marks memo directly on their phones from 2.30 pm on April 29.Students need to save the number 8096958096, send a “Hi” message, select the SSC results option, and enter their hall ticket number to receive the result instantly. Officials said the service is expected to reduce delays caused by heavy traffic on websites and allow students to check results from home.The WhatsApp platform, launched on November 18, 2025, has already been used widely for services such as certificates, bill payments and entrance exam downloads, and is now being extended to SSC results as part of the state’s digital service delivery.Ahead of the results, Tele-MANAS counsellors have asked students and parents to approach the day calmly and seek help if needed. Jawaharlal Nehru P., senior psychologist with Tele-MANAS in Telangana, said, “Do not panic. Results are temporary. They are only feedback on what a student has written earlier, and they can be improved.” He added, “marks are only numbers and depend on preparation. Do not add fear to the situation and get tense.”Tele MANAS provides free, confidential, and professional mental health support through its toll-free helpline numbers 14416 and 800-891-4416 which is available 24/7.He said the helpline remains available round the clock and families can reach out if they need support. “Parents play an important role as well. They should be empathetic and not judge children or compare their scores. There is no need to put such pressure on them. Support them, that matters the most,” he said, adding that students dealing with disappointment should be helped to recover without guilt.Nehru also urged people to remain alert to signs of distress. “If anyone finds a child isolating or struggling, inform authorities or seek help immediately. With timely support, lives can be saved,” he said, noting that many successful people in life did not secure top scores in Class X.
