Hyderabad: The one-man commission headed by retired IAS Dinesh Kumar flagged major lapses in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). Former Executive Officer A.V. Dharma Reddy was named as a key person in the fiasco while the roles of former TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal, and YSRCP leaders Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy and Bhumana Karunakar Reddy were under scanner. The government appointed commission said 70 lakh kg ghee was procured without mandatory testing, diluting tender rules and ignoring lab reports. It involved action, blacklisting and complete overhaul.
