VIJAYAWADA: A three-day free film acting workshop will be held in Tenali from May 15, MA-AP founder and film director Dileep Raja announced on Thursday.Addressing a press conference at the MA-AP office in Tenali, Dileep Raja said the workshop aims to provide aspiring actors with practical exposure to on-screen performance. Participants will be trained in acting techniques in real film-like settings with lights and cameras, with emphasis on hands-on sessions. He said the programme is open only to candidates holding an Aadhaar card issued in Andhra Pradesh, and applicants from other states will not be eligible. The workshop will offer basic orientation and foundational knowledge for those interested in pursuing a career in cinema. “The objective is to equip enthusiasts with essential acting skills and an understanding of the craft,” he said. Interested candidates can register in advance by visiting the MA-AP office in Tenali or by sending their details via WhatsApp to 9849414384. No registration fee will be charged. People of all age groups can enrol. However, candidates below 18 years must obtain parental consent.
