Hyderabad: Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Friday arrested R. Santhosh Tiwari, a Senior Assistant at ENT government hospital in Koti, when he allegedly demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs.3,000 from a complainant for processing his retirement benefits file. Tiwari initially demanded Rs.20,000 as bribe and already accepted Rs.17,000 and performed his public duty improperly and dishonestly. The ACB officials recovered the bribe amount from the possession of Tiwari whose right-side desk yielded positive in a chemical test.
