YouTuber posts peacock curry recipe, faces backlash

Hyderabad: A YouTuber from Siricilla posted a video titled “Traditional Peacock Curry Recipe” on his channel. The video which has sparked outrage was posted by Kodam Pranaykumar, a native of Tangallapalli in Siricilla district. The controversial video has drawn widespread criticism for promoting the illegal killing of India’s national bird, the peacock.The video claimed to demonstrate how to cook peacock curry using traditional methods.He had also posted a video on cooking wild boar curry.Although the video has been removed from the video, animal right activists and concerned citizens are calling for an investigation by the officials.
