Nalgonda: Two Andhra Pradesh DSPs were killed in a road accident in Yadadri Bhongir district on Saturday. The incident occurred when the vehicle in which they were travelling rammed into a lorry from behind at high speed.The deceased officers have been identified as DSPs Chakradhara Rao and Shantha Rao. Additional SP Prasad and the driver, Narsinga Rao, sustained serious injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital. The driver’s condition is reported to be critical.Preliminary reports suggest that the accident might have been caused by overspeeding or fatigue. The officers were reportedly traveling to Yadadri for an intelligence-related investigation.Police have registered a case and an investigation is underway.
