HYDERABAD: Traffic restrictions and diversions will be in place in parts of Cyberabad on Saturday, in view of President Droupadi Murmu’s visit to the Brahma Kumaris centre in Gachibowli, from Rashtrapati Nilayam in Bolaram.According to the Cyberabad traffic police, moderate to heavy traffic congestion is expected between 3 pm and 7 pm along key stretches falling under the Cyberabad commissionerate limits. The affected junctions include Gachibowli Junction, IIIT Junction and ITC Kohenoor Junction, which are expected to witness congestion due to regulated movement and security arrangements. The routes likely to be impacted during the President’s movement include Road No. 45 via the Cable Bridge, the IKEA flyover, Orbit Ration Road, Deloitte stretch, Gachibowli Junction, Indiranagar, IIIT Junction, Pullela Gopichand Academy Road and the road leading to the Brahma Kumaris centre. The Hyderabad traffic police had earlier announced traffic restrictions on December 20 from 3 pm to 4.30 pm and from 5 pm to 6.35 pm on the following route: Bison signal, RSI circle, Navy House. Kowkoor Road, Bolaram checkpost, Risala Bazaar, Lothukunta. Trimulgherry crossroad, Tivoli, Plaza, CTO-Rasoolpura, Prakashnagar, Greenland junction, Panjagutta flyover. KBR Junction, Jubilee Hills checkpost, Road No. 65 and Road No. 45.
