WARANGAL: BJP Malkajgiri MP Etala Rajendar on Thursday attacked the state government for what he alleged demolishing only 40 buildings of influential people and giving notices to around 4,000 innocent people.Rajendar said the main objective of political parties must be welfare of people. Leaders should have ‘development with equal distribution’ as their motto and they should try to get rid of inequality that exists in society, he said.Poverty that prevails in urban areas is more dangerous than poverty that exists in villages. A big family will live in a small house with an attached toilet in the towns. “Understanding the problems of such people, I am trying for the betterment of the poor,” he said.Winning and losing are part of life. But after the MP elections results it has become evident that people will not fall prey to conspiracies of political parties. If they like the leader, they will elect him otherwise they will teach a lesson to him. It is easy to become a leader but to become people’s leader is most difficult, he opined.He said people of Malkajgiri parliament constituency had faith in him that is why they elected him.BJP leaders Manda Ilaiah, Errabelli Pradeep Rao, Dr Kali Prasad, members of various people’s organisations Srinu, Ashok, Sadanandam, Venkataramana, Ramgopal Varma, Dasharatham, Naresh, Vasantha, Mahendar Reddy, Padmaja and Rajinikanth were present at the event.
