Hyderabad: The Medchal Malkajgiri district administration has declared holiday for schools on Thursday, August 14, due to heavy rain forecast. The decision was taken after a meeting convened by the district collector Mikkilineni Manu Choudary with the officials and reviewed the preparedness of the administration.”All the Mandal Education Officers, Head Masters and principals of all the managements of Government, Zilla Parishad, Aided, Private schools are informed that, as per the instructions of the District Collector Medchal -Malkajgiri, the schools will be closed on August 14 due to forecast of heavy rains, ” DEO Medchal Malkajgiri I Vijaya Kumari said.
