Hyderabad: The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Hyderabad bench on Friday heard the petition filed by AP former chief minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy against his sister Y.S. Sharmila and mother Vijayamma and others, challenging the unauthorised transfer of shares in his family company Saraswati Power Ltd. Counsels for both sides submitted that they had filed written submissions and sought some more time to put forth their arguments. The tribunal adjourned the hearing to July 11.
