VISAKHAPATNAM: The Eastern Naval Command commemorated Kargil Vijay Diwas at the Victory at Sea War Memorial, Visakhapatnam Beach Road on Saturday. Vice Admiral B. Sivakumar, director general of Naval Project Vizag, senior dignitaries from other services and civil administration and veterans laid wreaths in honour of Operation Vijay heroes. In addition, Naval station Bheemunipatnam commemorated the day with a blood donation camp at the station in association with NTR Trust, Visakhapatnam. The event saw blood donation by more than 100 personnel from the station.
