“Ladka hamari taraf hoga”, says Yati Narasimhanand, police officer laughs and nods

NDTV reported that the five people who visited the police station to file FIR against Muslim clerics on Tuesday included Hindu Raksha Sena’s Prabodhanand Giri, Yati Narasimhanand, Pooja Shakun Pandey, Anand Swaroop, and Waseem Rizwi alias Jitendra Narayan. NDTV added that in the FIR filed by the Uttarakhand police, three of these people have been booked for hate speech. RTI activist and TMC leader Saket Gokhale had also filed a complaint against them.The video shows Pooja Shakun Pandey saying (apparently to the police officer), “You should send a message that you are not biased. You are a public officer and you should treat everyone equally. That is what we expect from you. May you always win”. But Narasimhanand is quick to retort, “Ladka humare taraf hoga” (but he will be on our side).
