Jangra is not new to controversies. He had earlier made controversial comments on the farmers’ protest, which he later retracted. Haryana BJP state spokesperson Sanjay Sharma said, “ People in public life ought to choose their words carefully while speaking on a public platform.’’Congress MP from Rohtak Deepender Singh Hooda condemned Jangra’s remarks, saying they are despicable. “In the Pahalgam attack, terrorists devastated the lives of those women by killing their husbands. Now, this BJP MP from Haryana, Ramchandra Ji, is attacking their dignity. This is an extremely despicable remark,” Hooda wrote on X.
