Hyderabad: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTU-H) has completed the annual verification of affiliated colleges for the upcoming academic year 2025–26. The inspections, which began on April 16, concluded on Tuesday.A total of 210 institutions were inspected, including 133 engineering colleges, 71 pharmacy colleges, and 6 MBA colleges, all affiliated or autonomous under the university. These inspections are conducted each year to assess whether colleges meet the academic, faculty, and infrastructure standards required for continued affiliation. Registrar Dr K. Venkateswara Rao said the university will now examine the reports submitted by the inspection teams and grant affiliation to eligible colleges accordingly within two to three weeks. The process was carried out in coordination with affiliated colleges’ director Dr S. Tara Kalyani and autonomous colleges’ director Dr B. Ravindra Reddy.
