जानकारी के अनुसार यह वीडियो झांसी के मोंठ सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र का है. बताया जा रहा है कि एंबुलेंस को किसी मरीज को अस्पताल लाने के लिए जाना था. लेकिन, एंबुलेंस स्टार्ट ही नहीं हुई. इसके बाद तीन लोगों ने धक्का देकर इस एंबुलेंस को स्टार्ट करने का प्रयास किया.
