SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday sacked three government employees, including a policeman and a teacher, for alleged anti-national activities by invoking Article 311 of the Constitution of India. The sacked employees have been identified as Malik Ishfaq Naseer S/o Malik Naseer Ahmad, R/o Malikpora, Anantnag (Sg. Constable in Jammu and Kashmir Police), Waseem Ahmad Khan son of Lt Ghulam Mohammad Khan R/o New Colony, Batamaloo Srinagar (Junior Assistant in Health and Medical Education department) and Aijaz Ahmad son of Abdul Rashid Sheikh R/o Bufliaz, Surankote Poonch (Teacher in School Education Department). In a similar worded dismissal order, it was stated that the Lieutenant Governor was satisfied after considering the facts and circumstances of each case, and the activities of each of the three employees warranted dismissal from service.
