Hyderabad: The City police commissioner V.C. Sajjanar has issued a strong warning against drunk driving through a series of social media posts, reiterating the Hyderabad Police’s zero-tolerance policy. He stated that while the police respect individual privacy, offenders will be booked as per law and can meet the police again in court on the next date of hearing. Using hashtags like #DoNotDrinkAndDrive and #ZeroTolerance, Sajjanar underlined that no exceptions will be made and strict action will be taken against drunk driving to ensure public safety in Hyderabad.
