Vijayawada:The High Court has ordered further inquiry into the murder of Subramanyam, a former driver of MLC Ananta Babu.A single-judge bench of Justice Lakshmana Rao issued an order to this effect here on Thursday. The MLC had challenged the Rajamahendravaram SC and ST special court’s order of July 22 allowing further inquiry into the case.The HC said the investigation officer in the case should take up further inquiry only and there was no need to start the inquiry from the very beginning again.The MLC had raised apprehensions that the investigation officer might begin the inquiry in the case from the beginning and might subject him to trouble based on the order issued by the SC and ST court allowing a further inquiry.
