Telugu Actor Bharath Kanth Killed in Tragic ORR Hit-and-Run Near Hyderabad



HYDERABAD: The Telugu digital entertainment industry was left shocked and grieving after actor and content creator Bharath Kanth died in a tragic road accident on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) in the early hours of Sunday. The accident took place near the Bongulur-Adibatla stretch in Ranga Reddy district, a corridor often associated with high-speed crashes. According to preliminary reports, Bharath Kanth was travelling in a car when it was allegedly rammed from behind by a speeding container truck. The impact of the collision caused severe injuries to the actor, leading to his death on the spot, police said. Authorities have registered a case of negligent driving and launched an investigation into the incident. Officials are examining whether overspeeding, driver negligence, or poor visibility contributed to the crash. Bharath Kanth had emerged as a promising face in the Telugu digital entertainment space. He was known for his performances in projects such as Gramam (2021) and Tenant (2024), and had worked in both Telugu and Hindi digital content.
