Hyderabad: Keeping in view the rush of passengers in Hyderabad due to the ongoing strike by RTC employees, the authorities have increased metro rail services for the convenience of the public. Normally, trains run every three minutes 40 seconds during peak hours and every four minutes 50 seconds during non-peak hours between Miyapur and LB Nagar corridor. Currently, the trains are being operated every four minutes 20 seconds throughout the day, Cyberabad traffic police said in a post on ‘X’. Between Nagole and Raidurg corridor, the trains normally run every five minutes 20 seconds. Currently, the trains are running every three minutes 40 seconds throughout the day. Additionally, considering passenger convenience, the authorities are considering the possibility of extending metro services even after 11 pm at night, the police said.
