VIJAYAWADA: Medical and health department personnel have appealed to the finance department to clear salary bills for April without insisting on contract employees’ details.Andhra Pradesh Government Doctors Association president Dr D. Jayadheer, in a letter to the finance department on Thursday, said the web portal was not accepting online submission of salary bills, citing pending RTI issues and incomplete updating of details of contract employees. He pointed out that the last date for submission of salary bills was April 25. The association requested finance authorities to permit submission and processing of April salary bills, similar to the relaxation granted last month following its representation.
