The 2026 Golden Globe Awards kicked off at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, on January 11, 2026. The annual ceremony honors the best in film and TV, and it always begins with the fashionable red carpet outside.
Starting the evening with a win was Teyana Taylor, who won the award for Female Actor in a Supporting Role in a Major Motion Picture for her performance in One Battle After Another. Later was Seth Rogan, who won for Best Performance By A Male Actor In A Television Series – Musical Or Comedy. His acceptance was a moment of art imitating life, which he acknowledged, while referring to the Golden Globes episode of his Apple TV+ series.
