Hyderabad: Two horses were critically injured after an unidentified four-wheeler rammed into them on the Balapur-Venkatpur road on Saturday night. They were rescued by Balapur police and volunteers of People for Animals Abhaya (PFA Abhaya).The horses had strayed onto the road when the vehicle hit them and drove away. Locals who noticed the injured horses alerted the Balapur police who went to the spot and called PFA Abhaya volunteers.Officials said the horses were undergoing treatment and efforts ere on to trace the owner of the animals. Police said no case was registered as no complaint had been received from the owner so far.
