Hyderabad: A major fire mishap was averted by quick action of petrol bunk staff in Hyderabad’s Ghatkesar.A gas cylinder had exploded in an Omnivan travelling from Ghatkesar to Uppal, setting the moving van on fire. While the passengers jumped out and escaped safely, the van rolled into a nearby petrol station.The fuel station employees reacted quickly and doused the fire using extinguishers in the bunk, preventing a major disaster.
