Nandyal: At least four people were killed on the spot and two others sustained serious injuries in a horrific road accident at Nallagatla village in Allagadda mandal of Nandyal district on Friday.According to police, a speeding car lost control, crossed the road divider, and rammed head-on into an oncoming CGR Travels bus. The impact of the collision was severe, resulting in the instant death of four occupants of the car. Two others suffered critical injuries.All the deceased are reportedly residents of Hyderabad. Upon receiving information from fellow commuters, police rushed to the accident site and launched rescue operations. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.DSP Pramod Kumar visited the scene and inspected the accident spot. Further details regarding the incident are awaited.
