Pamidi: Two persons were killed in a road accident occurred on National Highway-44 near a dhaba in Pamidi town of Anantapur district on Sunday. A car travelling from Chikkaballapur in Karnataka to Mantralayam was hit by an unidentified vehicle.In the impact, two persons were killed on the spot. The identity of the victims is yet to be ascertained. Police rushed to the scene and shifted the bodies for post-mortem examination.Further details regarding the accident are awaited.
