Berries of Rainy Season Won’t Fall, Follow These Easy and Effective Remedies
The rainy season is beneficial for crops and brings relief from the heat for people. However, it also brings several changes in the human body. One of these changes is observed in the hair. During this season, hair becomes frizzy and starts falling out in clumps. The high humidity in the air causes hair to lose moisture, making it dry and weak. This is a common problem faced by both men and women, especially during the rainy season.
Dr. Saurabh Singh, a general physician at the community health center in Shivgarh, Raya Bereli district, said that the high humidity in the air during the rainy season causes hair to fall and break. To prevent this, it is essential to follow some tips.
Use Shampoo Without Sulphate and Alcohol
According to Dr. Saurabh Singh, to prevent hair from becoming frizzy and falling, use a shampoo that does not contain sulphate and alcohol. These ingredients can strip the hair of its natural shine and moisture, making it weak and prone to falling.
Use High-Quality Conditioner
Use high-quality shampoos and conditioners that help retain moisture in the hair and make it soft. This will help prevent hair from becoming dry and weak.
Avoid Washing Hair Excessively
Avoid washing hair excessively, especially during the rainy season. Washing hair too frequently can strip it of its natural oils, leading to dryness and a loss of shine. It is recommended to wash hair only 2-3 times a week and to massage the scalp with warm oil before washing.
Make a Homemade Mask
To nourish the hair and prevent it from falling, make a homemade mask using ingredients like dadi, shahad, and kalaa. This will provide the hair with deep nourishment.
Prevent Hair from Falling
Dr. Saurabh Singh advises that to prevent hair from falling, avoid combing wet hair, reduce stress, and massage the scalp with warm oil. This will help prevent hair from falling and keep it healthy and strong.
