Uttar Pradesh Weather: Dhup-Chhaav Days Return, Temperature to Rise, No Heavy Rainfall Expected Today, but Alert in These Districts
The Uttar Pradesh weather is expected to change again, with a decrease in the intensity of the monsoon clouds. As a result, the region will experience a mix of sunshine and cloud cover, leading to a rise in temperature. The India Meteorological Department has predicted that the maximum temperature in various districts of the state will increase by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in the next 24 hours, causing discomfort and distress among the people.
According to the Lucknow-based Meteorological Centre, on August 26 (Tuesday), most districts in the eastern and western parts of the state will have clear skies, with sunshine from early morning. However, some districts may experience a few clouds and light rainfall. The Meteorological Department has not issued any warning regarding heavy rainfall or lightning in any district.
A forecast of light to moderate rainfall has been issued for Gaziabad, Noida, Meerut, Hapur, Sambhal, Rampur, Moradabad, Bijnor, Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Amroha, Baghpat, Mirzapur, Sonbhadra, and Chandauli. Light to moderate clouds are also expected in surrounding areas of these districts.
The capital city, Lucknow, is expected to have clear skies and sunshine throughout the day, with people experiencing discomfort due to the humid heat. Similarly, Amethi, Rae Bareli, Ayodhya, Barabanki, Sitapur, Unnao, Hardoi, Gonda, and Lakhimpur Kheri will also experience clear skies and sunshine throughout the day.
In Varanasi, a mix of sunshine and cloud cover is expected on Tuesday, with a slight rise in temperature. Similarly, in Kanpur, the weather is expected to remain normal.
According to Professor Manoj Kumar Shrivastava, a meteorologist at Banaras Hindu University, the monsoon clouds are expected to increase in intensity again in the next two days, and from August 29, the rainfall will spread to eastern and western Uttar Pradesh.
