An initiative by Pawan Soni, this annual celebration has become one of the capital’s most awaited culinary fixtures; an evening that honours exceptional restaurants, chefs, and food creators while staying true to its founding principle: nominees never pay to participate or to win.From intimate bistros to high-profile dining rooms, the awards embrace the full spectrum of Delhi NCR’s food culture. Shortlisted names are decided through a transparent jury system, where jury personally visit nominated venues, taste their signature dishes, and vote once, with no second chances or influence.
