Hyderabad: The skeleton of an unidentified person was found at an abandoned residence in Nampally market, under Habeebnagar Police Station limits, on Monday. Police suspect the death might have occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic.Initial reports suggest the skeleton might be of one Ameer Khan who went missing during the pandemic. Officials said some children were playing cricket near the area when their ball went inside the home. When a boy went to collect the ball, he found the skeleton and informed the neighbours. Later, senior police officials, led by Southwest Deputy Commissioner of Police G. Chandra Mohan, visited the spot and inspected the skeleton. Chandra Mohan said the owner of the residence died a few years ago and he has four sons. Two sons are in Australia and two sons are residing in Tolichowki. It was also reported that the property is under a dispute between the four sons. Clues teams have collected samples and further investigation is underway.
