Multiple systems have formed across the country. An upper air cyclonic circulation lies over the northwest Bay of Bengal, south Madhya Maharashtra and its neighbourhood, north Rajasthan, south Himachal Pradesh, and north Uttarakhand.Further, a trough runs from east MP to Bangladesh, and another trough runs from north Rajasthan to west MP. Under the influence of these systems, south, west, central, and northeast India will receive heavy rainfall. In the next few days, northwest India will receive scattered rainfall, thunderstorms and lightning, and hailstorms in Haryana. The rainfall will bring down temperatures and humidity in north India.IMD also predicted a dust storm over west Rajasthan, with wind speeds reaching 50-60 kmph and gusting to 70 kmph. In its bulletin, IMD said conditions are favourable for the further advancement of the southwest monsoon over some parts of Gujarat, some more parts of Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha during the next 24 hours, and over some parts of West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, and east UP during the subsequent three days.Northwest India to get scattered rainfallA trough runs from east MP to Bangladesh, and another runs from north Rajasthan to west MP.
