Hyderabad: The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education(TGBIE) has released hall tickets for the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations which are scheduled from May 22. Students can collect their hall tickets from their respective colleges or download them from the official website- www.tgbie.cgg.gov.inWaqf Reclaims Land Over Unpaid DuesHyderabad:The Telangana Waqf Board has taken back more than 12 acres of land at Pahadi Shareef from Charminar Educational Society for not paying rent. The land was given on lease to the society in the year 2000. The lease was last extended from September 2021 to August 2024, with a monthly rent of Rs 1.5 lakh.The society did not pay rent from November 2021 to August 2024, adding up to `59.25 lakh in dues, the Waqf Board said.Officials also said the society failed to set up any school or educational project for the benefit of the Muslim community, which was the main reason the land was given to them. Since the lease has ended and the society did not meet its promises, the Waqf Board took back the land, following orders from the Waqf Board Chairperson Azmattullah Husseini.
