HYDERABAD: Bhongir MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has found a place in the new list of elected and co-opted members of AICC. This clears his way to attend the party’s 85th plenary slated to be held in Chhattisgarh from February 24 to 26.
He is among the 33 members from Telangana in the elected category. “Feeling privileged to be elected as a Member of AICC. My sincere thanks to Sonia Gandhi Ji, Rahul Gandhi ji, Priyanka Gandhi ji, AICC president, Mallikarjun Kharge ji, Manikrao Thakre ji. Will strive hard to bring back Congress to power (sic),” he tweeted.
The leader, who earlier missed the bus, is fourth on the list after PCC chief A. Revanth Reddy, CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and former PCC chief N. Uttam Kumar Reddy.
